Frank Quinlan and Huey Driscoll, two reporters of a newspaper based in Chicago, with Dorothy Winters, an "angel expert", will be asked to travel to rural Iowa, a request from an elderly woman who shares her apartment with to investigate on a real, live archangel named Michael. Upon arrival, they see that their claims are true, but Michael is not what they expected. He smokes, drinks beer, has a very active libido and has a rather colorful vocabulary. Michael agrees to go to Chicago with a triple, but they do not know is that to make the journey about to change his life forever. Travolta gives one of his shows breeziest and sympathetic as Michael, an archangel, whose peaceful existence in the house of a lonely innkeeper named Pansy. "Michael" is warm and engaging comedy-fantasy. Watch this if you want something to laugh and a good time overall. Highrecommended.
